We do not refund shipping charges for returned items. Returned items may take up to 30 days to be credited. Our return policy is simple Items may be returned for a refund within 30 days provided they are not soiled and in new condition. DoggieJ's products that have been soiled are not considered to be in new condition. We will not refund the purchase price of DoggieJ's products that are not in new condition. To return an item, complete the return form for credit. This provides faster delivery and more reliable customer service, as the process will be automated.
